These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of joinexcellencebk.com and any pages that link to these Terms (the “Site”), and any purchase or use of services offered by Excellence Bookkeeping LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
We offer bookkeeping-related services and related consultations, including an ongoing monthly bookkeeping program and monthly CEO review/strategy calls as described on the Site.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase services.
3) Scheduling & Meetings
If you schedule a discovery call, you may do so via Calendly. Appointment availability and confirmations are handled through Calendly and related communications.
4) Purchases, Subscription Billing, and Cancellation
Pricing: The Site advertises a monthly subscription (e.g., $199/month) for the ongoing bookkeeping program.
Recurring billing: If you purchase a monthly plan, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
Cancel anytime: Where stated on the Site, you may cancel at any time.
How cancellation works (recommended clause): Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
5) Refunds
Unless we state otherwise in writing, all fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, to cover reserved capacity and work performed. If you want, I can rewrite this to match a stricter or more generous refund policy (your call).
6) Client Responsibilities
To deliver services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information and timely access to required documents/systems.
Maintain backups of important records.
Review deliverables promptly and notify us of issues within a reasonable time.
Use the services only for lawful business purposes.
7) No Tax/Legal Advice
We provide bookkeeping services and general business insights. We do not provide legal or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals (e.g., CPA, attorney) for tax and legal matters.
8) Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, graphics, branding, layout) is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the Site,
attempt unauthorized access,
interfere with Site operation,
transmit malware or harmful code,
scrape or reverse engineer site components where prohibited by law.
10) Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, business growth, or profitability.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenues, arising from your use of the Site or services.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use of services.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles (unless your local consumer laws require otherwise). (This matches the location shown on your checkout footer.)

16) Description of SMS Use Cases
By enrolling in our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to, but not limited to, the following use cases: order confirmations and shipping updates, appointment or reservation reminders, account notifications and security alerts, promotional offers and exclusive discounts, customer service communications, and survey or feedback requests. Messages may be sent using automated technology. The types of messages you receive may vary depending on the services you use and the preferences you select. We reserve the right to modify the categories of messages sent through our SMS program at any time, and continued enrollment after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated use cases.
17) Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any text message you receive. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us unless you re-enroll. Opting out of SMS communications does not affect messages sent through other channels, such as email or push notifications, which are governed by their own respective preferences. You may also contact us directly at the phone number or email address listed in these terms to request removal from our SMS program. Please allow a reasonable processing period of up to 48 hours for your opt-out request to take full effect.
18) Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to or received from our program, as determined by your wireless carrier and your individual mobile plan. We do not impose any additional fees or charges for participation in our SMS program; however, we are not responsible for any charges your carrier may assess for text messaging or data usage. Message frequency will vary based on the nature of your interactions with our services and the preferences you have selected. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with text messaging under your mobile plan, and we encourage you to contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your specific plan and applicable rates.
19) Carrier Liability Disclaimer
We and any affiliated parties, including wireless carriers, network operators, and their respective subsidiaries and agents, shall not be liable for any delays, failures to deliver, or errors in the content of any SMS messages sent through our program, regardless of the cause. Wireless carriers are not responsible for and expressly disclaim all liability relating to the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any text messages transmitted through our SMS program. Service availability is subject to your carrier's coverage area and network conditions, and we make no guarantee that messages will be delivered without interruption or error. By enrolling in our SMS program, you acknowledge and agree that neither we nor any wireless carrier shall be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the delivery or non-delivery of SMS messages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
